RECIPIENTS OF COMMERCIAL OFFER

The sales conditions that refer to the regulations of the Consumer Code (B2C) apply only to purchases made by consumers.
As far as professional subjects are concerned, the ordinary provisions of the Civil Code and of the regulations on distance commerce by telematics between professionals (B2B) are applied.

OBJECTOF THE CONTRACT

PRICES OF PRODUCTS
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Prices do not include shipping and / or insurance costs that can still be viewed when the order is concluded and before it is sent.
Prices can be changed at any time, without notice.

COD orders are not accepted for orders over € 999.00 and bank or bank draft checks are not allowed.
SHIPPING: TIMES AND DELIVERY

DIRITTO OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract stipulated with FB, without any penalty and without indicating the reasons. The withdrawal period expires after 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the customer or a third party other than the courier and the designated customer acquire physical possession of the products.
In the event of withdrawal from this contract, all payments made to FB, including delivery costs, will be reimbursed to the customer (with the exception of additional costs deriving from the eventualand choice by the customer of a different type of delivery from the standard offered by FB), without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which FB receives the goods returned or the customer has unequivocally demonstrated to have sent back the goods, depending on which situation occurs first.
Returned products must be sent to FB without undue delay and in any case within 14 (days) from the date on which the customer informed FB of its intention to withdraw. The date of postal delivery or delivery to the courier will apply. The shipping costs of the returned products will be fully borne by the customer.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

In the event that the customer does not comply with the terms for the right of withdrawal and return indicated above, or the provisions of points 1), 2), 3), 4) and 5) above, FB will not be required to reimburse the purchase price of the products to the customer.
