These General Sales Conditions apply to all purchase orders placed on the fashionbeautyshop.it website in the manner and terms indicated in the following point "How to conclude a purchase order".

RECIPIENTS OF COMMERCIAL OFFER
FB offers the products for sale to "consumers" and professional subjects.
The sales conditions that refer to the regulations of the Consumer Code (B2C) apply only to purchases made by consumers.

As far as professional subjects are concerned, the ordinary provisions of the Civil Code and of the regulations on distance commerce by telematics between professionals (B2B) are applied.
"Consumer" means the natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity performed.

OBJECTOF THE CONTRACT
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale have as their object the purchase of dedicated products from FB, carried out remotely by means of an electronic network ("internet") between the seller and the recipient of the commercial offer.

PRICES OF PRODUCTS
All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Prices do not include shipping and / or insurance costs that can still be viewed when the order is concluded and before it is sent.
Prices can be changed at any time, without notice.
Therefore, we ask you to verify the final price before concluding a purchase order.

GUARANTEES
All products sold on the Site are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code ("Legal Guarantee") provided that the customer can demonstrate the purchase by keeping the purchase receipt or invoice issued at the time of sale. .

The Legal Guarantee is reserved for consumers. It therefore applies only to users who have made the purchase on the Site for purposes unrelated to their entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity. Those who have purchased on the Site and who do not cover the quality of consumers will be guaranteed for the defects of the thing sold, the guarantee for defect ofthe promised and essential qualities and other guarantees provided for by the civil code with the relative terms, forfeitures and limitations.

HOW TO CONCLUDE A PURCHASE ORDER

- The orderand will be stored in the database of fashionbeautyshop.it and can be viewed at any time by accessing the "Account" by entering the data through the "Login" function.
The conpurchase segment of one or more products will be considered concluded only when FB communicates to the customer the shipment of the relative product.
FB yesreserves the right not to execute purchase orders with missing or incorrect data, or that do not supplyguarantee solvency. In these cases, the user will be informed by e-mail of the non-execution of the order and the related reasons.
FB also reserves the right not to execute purchase orders if the products are found to be unavailable for any reason and even temporarily. In this case, within 3 (three) days from receipt of the order, FB will inform the user via e-mail that the product is not available and will refund any amount already paid.
F-B reserves the right to accept only purchase orders for products to be shipped in the countries listed on the "International Shipping" page of the fashionbeautyshop.it website
Ovethe ordered products are available and FB intends to accept the purchase order, FB undertakes to process the order and ship the products within 2 (two) days. FB is exempt from any liability for delays in delivery of products that are independent of FB's conduct, for example because they are dependent on the service provided by the courier that handles the delivery.

If the customer makes the payment by credit card, FB guarantees that the management of the payment procedure will be managed by a primary payment gateway without FB coming into possession of any bank or financial data.The credit card information will be used exclusively to be able to carry out the purchase procedure, to credit the reimbursement if the customer were to return the products by virtue of the right of withdrawal, or if it was necessary to report any commission to the competent authorities of frauds occurred on the fashionbeautyshop.it site, moreover, in no case will FB keep data concerning such information.
If the customer makes the payment by Bank Transfer / Post Office in advance the order fulfillment procedure will be started once the amount of the entire order has been credited to the C / C in the name of Madame Srl, (about 1-5 working days).

The purpose of the transfer must contain: The date and the order number - Name and surname of the ordering party. Upon confirmation of the order, the customer will receive an email with all the details to make the transfer.
If the customer makes the payment on delivery, the amount of € 6.00 will be due as a service offered for payment to be made directly to the delivery exclusively in cash.

COD orders are not accepted for orders over € 999.00 and bank or bank draft checks are not allowed.

SHIPPING: TIMES AND DELIVERY
Except in the case of partial or total unavailability of products, in the event that FB decides to execute the purchase order, FB undertakes to deliver theproduct or products to the courier at the latest within 2 (two) days from the date of forwarding the purchase order. Accepted orders will be shipped and delivered by courier selected by FB. FB is exempt from any responsibility for delays in delivery of products that are independent of FB's conduct, for example because they depend on the service provided by the courier that handles the delivery (eg strikes, etc.).

DIRITTO OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract stipulated with FB, without any penalty and without indicating the reasons. The withdrawal period expires after 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the customer or a third party other than the courier and the designated customer acquire physical possession of the products.
In the event of withdrawal from this contract, all payments made to FB, including delivery costs, will be reimbursed to the customer (with the exception of additional costs deriving from the eventualand choice by the customer of a different type of delivery from the standard offered by FB), without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which FB receives the goods returned or the customer has unequivocally demonstrated to have sent back the goods, depending on which situation occurs first.
Returned products must be sent to FB without undue delay and in any case within 14 (days) from the date on which the customer informed FB of its intention to withdraw. The date of postal delivery or delivery to the courier will apply. The shipping costs of the returned products will be fully borne by the customer.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
The customer will be solely responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from the handling of goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.br />It is specified that:

1. It is absolutely forbidden to remove seals or labels;

2. The products must be shipped healthy, clean, intact and complete, including any accessories;
3. It is forbidden to use the products for "trial" purposes before making the return.
4. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products opened by the consumer, nor to sealed goods that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons or connesyes to the protection of health that have been opened after delivery.
5. The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers (natural persons who purchase goods not for purposes related to their professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to professional activity possibly carried out.

In the event that the customer does not comply with the terms for the right of withdrawal and return indicated above, or the provisions of points 1), 2), 3), 4) and 5) above, FB will not be required to reimburse the purchase price of the products to the customer. In the event that the customer has returned these products, he can ask FB to send back the same items purchased, but with return costs fully charged to the customer who has violated the rules on the right of withdrawal.
